Faith Church

After calling on us in the past to supply and install an Aviom personal monitoring system to enhance their worship services, Faith Church in Manitowoc, WI needed a multipurpose A/V system for their youth center and newly remodeled foyer.

For their youth center, they needed a system that could accommodate multiple purposes, was simple to use, and most important robust for the full volumes and heavy usage that would likely be involved with young people. A combination of high responsive QSC surface mount and ceiling speakers were placed and digitally tuned for a smooth response along with two high impact QSC subwoofers. The youth center has their own 12-channel Soundcraft mixer to run sound for concerts and worship. They can also conduct classes aided with convenient wall plate connections for a microphone and computer. A 6” Xantech Touchscreen wall-mounted panel gave them the flexible control they needed. This made it easy to switch between inputs from various sources. These include CD, iPod, DVD, video games, soundboard, presentation microphone, computer, and video monitoring the sanctuary. A powerful Sanyo projector displays all of this.

It was important that the system was flexible and simple to use.

Their foyer serves as a pre-service cafe area, social gathering place for ball games, along with a place for meetings, parties, and training. It was important that the system was flexible and simple to use. We designed a discrete audio system with high output in-ceiling Atlas speakers along with two 52” LCD screens mounted to the walls. The foyer is also a place they can conduct meetings with wall plate connections for a mic and computer. With another Xantech Touchscreen to manage this A/V system, the staff can easily switch between various sources such as DVD, CD, HDTV, microphone and computer, as well as video monitoring the sanctuary.

These solutions provided Faith Church with progressive technology that is flexible and easy to use, ultimately giving their space more diversity and function.
